The Shen Sports Training Bag features a matte black, rip proof nylon outer casing for an improved overall construction and increased life span of your training equipment.With 6 unique handles, the Shen Sports Training Bag allows for an array of dynamic, multi-plane movements with options for pronated or neutral grip depending on the exercises you wish to perform. Not only can you incorporate the Training Bag into body weight movements, it's also an alternative to barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
